For bookings, please note: I work flexibly with a range of budgets and timescales; do mention both in your email. Core pay rates and practices apply, as suggested by my unions: The Society of Authors, Artists' Union England and University and College Union. Beyond the North East of England, your budget must cover my transportation costs.
During the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, I give preference in my schedule to online events and hybrid (in-person) events with appropriate safeguards in place. Accessibility, diversity and inclusion should, in this twenty-first century, come as standard.
