Poem-film: At Eildon

'At Eildon' is the second poem-film from a new series of six I've made during lock down. This one was written after a hike up the Eildon Hills with Damian Le Bas at the beginning of our St Cuthbert’s Way pilgrimage.

The hills are known as 'the sisters' and are 'owned' by Scotland's largest private landowner the Duke of Buccleuch. I am grateful for Scotland's freedom to roam and wild camp, as we did on this heartening journey.

We were joined by the artist W. John Hewitt who captured nearby Kirk Yetholm. Find his daily drawings on Instagram, here.
